STRUCTURE

Framework Roulette

Stop rambling. Internalize "mental scaffolds" to organize your thoughts instantly under pressure.

The Insight

When given a random topic, most people freeze or ramble because they don't know where to start or end. A "Framework" is a pre-built logic path (A → B → C). If you know the path, you only need to fill in the content.

The Benefit

  • Instant Clarity: Never "um" or "uh" while looking for your next point.
  • Authority: Structured speech sounds prepared, even when it's improvised.
  • Brevity: Constraints force you to cut the fluff and stick to the point.

The Scaffolds

3-2-1

3 things we need to know, 2 options we have, 1 recommendation.

"There are 3 risks to this launch... We have 2 ways to mitigate them... I recommend option B."

Past-Present-Future

What needed to change (History), what is happening now (Current Status), where it is going next (Vision).

"In the past, we relied on manual entry. Today, we use AI automation. In the future, this will be real-time."

P.R.E.P.

Point (Main idea), Reason (Why it matters), Example (Story/Data), Point (Restate idea).

"I believe remote work is essential (P) because it boosts retention (R). For example, attrition dropped 20% last year (E). That is why we must keep it (P)."

Pros-Cons-Fix

The good news (Pros), the bad news (Cons), and how we solve it (Fix).

"The pro is it is fast. The con is it is expensive. The fix is to use it only for high-value clients."
